The construction of the dress precisely matches the pictures, although the color is pretty different from the listing (see picture). I was expecting a darker teal, but in person the dress is much more indigo. If you are on the petite size like myself, you may find the sleeves and chest to be overwhelming in terms of size and fabric. The waist was very snug and as a 5'3 woman the dress just hit floor length, which I liked.
