Our business is proudly based in Kyiv, Ukraine, where all our products are designed and made. Most of our items are stocked at our fulfillment center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and orders are typically shipped from there.
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. For standard shipping within the USA, we use USPS, while FedEx handles expedited shipping.
Returns
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Any loss in value caused by returning an item in less than original condition will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- Refunds are issued when the return package is delivered and checked.
