I live in Louisiana and this dress came very quick! The material was of good quality and the overall make of the dress was beautiful. The only negative comment I can offer is that the bust area doesn't have that layered look to it like the photo, but I was still very impressed with it and am super excited to wear it in my best friend's wedding!
